Special Personal Training offers and packages
Choose from any of the styles of yoga and receive a more personalized class focusing on your goals and providing pose adjustments and a homework plan to take home for the week. Each training class is 60 minutes.
Learn how to break down the mechanics of each pose and understand the alignment of the body. The 12 week program focuses on a gradual progression of asanas (poses) each week to provide a comprehensible understanding of alignment. Each training class is 90 minutes.
Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that began in South Asia about 3,000 years ago and can be considered yoga's sister science. This four week training pairs yoga and Ayurvedic principles to teach students how to use different yoga techniques in addressing common imbalances and how to pair yoga with the seasons. Each training class is 90 minutes.
