Training Style

Yoga taught at Cedar & Sage comes from the Krisnamacharya lineage. Meaning, the practice can be adapted to each individual and will never include pose hierarchy. Making yoga an inclusive practice for all!

All supplies is included with services. You just need to bring your wonderful selves to practice. 

Cedar & Sage's yoga equipment was carefully selected from businesses with these ethics in consideration:

1. Equipment sourced from businesses of color and originating from the culture they came from.
2. Materials that are responsibly sourced and environmentally conscious.
3. Equipment made from materials that are non-toxic and healthy for the body.

Comfortable and appropriate clothing that you can stretch and move in.
